We are looking fo a new Team Lead for the evening shift?
As a Team Lead, you have two main responsibilities: the production process and the production team. To manage both effectively, it's important that you are frequently present on the shop floor. Only then can you observe how the production process progresses and how your team is working together. If certain things go wrong, or right you are the one to take the lead and steer the process accordingly. With your leadership skills, you motivate your team to meet goals and deliver high-quality work.

Every day we send out thousands of packages with flowers and plants directly to consumers, both during the day and in the evening.
